Apply small amount of foam cleanser to lash cleansing wand and gently cleanse lash line.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. however we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries! Returns are excepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date. If you are exchanging it must be for the same value.

How to Return Or Exchange?
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your item isn't working out. Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery date. You will be provided with a return form that needs to be completed and sent with your exchange/return.
Please provide proper notes in your order that is shipping back to us. Your notes should have your order number and item you are exchanging it for. Once received in sellable condition a store credit code will be issued to you via email that never expires for the amount paid minus the shipping cost. If the item is not damaged or fault of The Pretty Hustler the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
I Was Emailed From Your Fraud Department Asking For My ID and Card Used. Why Was This?
This day in age fraudulent activity has increased tremendously and we have taking the extra steps to protect you as a Hustler and us as a company. If your shipping and billing addresses do not match we will request that you provide us a copy of your ID and the card you used to purchase the order.
Shoe Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from The Pretty Hustler. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 7 days from the delivery date if the following conditions are met:

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns
Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer's return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a #Hustler, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all #Hustlers across the globe.
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. In most cases, items will ship within 1-2 days from the date the order was placed, however there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected at certain times of the year. If you order a small package it will ship in our 3 day shipping class unless an alternate shipping method is selected. Larger orders with a high value will ship in our 2 day shipping class.
Wish to have your package overnighted? No problem. The cost of over night shipment starts at an additional $28.00 usd. This option is only available for Domestic Shipping. Simply select the overnight as your shipping method.
LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECIEVED ITEMS
Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. You may check your status on USPS.COM. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail Unicorn Universe is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim. All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email at email@example.com. Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.
